Job Summary:

We are seeking an outgoing Print Production associate to join our 5 person Xerox team supporting Stellantis. Applicants must have very strong communication skills. A friendly personality and the desire to consult and interact in person and via email with our clients. While this role is 75% print production, mailroom and printer support at the automotive plant is required. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license.

*Must hold a U.S. Passport to travel to United States

Primary Responsibilities:

Job intake - reviewing incoming requests and confirming details with end users.

Driving to the plant to speak with requestors and consult on their print requests.

Leading quality control with print and other departments on the team.

Supporting all site processes in terms of print, bindery, finishing and billing.

Running the equipment and coordinating activities with co-workers, site lead and client

Heavy client communication through email, phones calls and visits to client office/plant

Bindery and Kitting.

Back Up Docucare associate – monitor printers in the Stellantis fleet, delivering toner and supplies, assisting with general questions and cover for vacations.

Mailroom and admin back up.

Supporting admin and month end volume tracking and billing task.

Print Production Essential Fuction:

Operate digital print equipment.

Operate standard finishing equipment (paper cutters, bindery, laminating, and drill).

Point of contact to receive customer requests, provide estimates, schedule, and track production.

Perform basic quality inspection before, during and after output of each production run.

Track and store jobs as customer requires for reuse at a future date.

Maintain reporting logs and information for billing purposes.

Wrap, pack, label, and ship finished product.

Maintain appropriate supply inventory levels.

Problem solves basic issues to complete production, delivery, and output requirements.

Ability to be on your feet for up to 80% of your day

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability and willingness to learn and develop.

Operate digital color equipment and electronic workflow tools.

Modify document layouts and impositions to achieve desired finished results.

Apply color management, color correction, trapping and image editing SKILLS

Good communications skills (oral and written)

Ability to demonstrate advanced computer skills including MS Office.

Intermediate use of MS Office, Adobe and other relevant software.

Ability to use / locate / configure devices (drives, files, and printers) attached to network

Proficiency with desktop publishing graphics / illustration software
