Service Support Specialist

We’re currently hiring for open positions in the US and Canada. We operate in Canada as Engineered Lifting Systems and Equipment (ELS)/DBA Gorbel® Canada, and subsequent communication related to Canadian positions may show the ELS name. Work Shift:

Day Shift (Canada)

Job Description:

Lead projects.

• Lead service school training (customers, dealers, end users).

• Travel off-site 5-10% to train customers and/or resolve field issues.

• Authorized to issue credits up to $3k.

• Responsible for resolving field service issues per company guidelines/service

policy.

• Do not require additional support for decision-making.

• Expected to back up supervisor in absence.

• Run pilot programs. Knowledge of all product lines.

• Ability to resolve and work collaboratively cross-departmental issues without involving supervisor.

• High level of problem solving.
