The Toronto Blue Jays are looking for a Graphic Designer!
OverviewThe Toronto Blue Jays are seeking a dynamic and innovative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This role is for a creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about design, staying on top of current trends, and Blue Jays baseball. You will collaborate closely with the design team to shape creative campaigns, establishing engaging assets across digital and print platforms. From social media, web, and email to largescale ballpark signage and fan engagement initiatives, your work will help drive ticket sales, strengthen brand affinity, and elevate the Blue Jays’ visual identity.
We’re looking for someone ambitious, open-minded, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a keen eye for design and a love for the game.

Responsibilities:Partner with the design team to develop and execute creative campaignsCreate digital and print materials, including website graphics, emails, social media content, OOH, and large- and small-scale ballpark signageProduce, resize, and optimize existing assets or assets created by colleagues for multiple platformsMaintain a regular system for asset organization, including naming convention, filing, and folder structureManage projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring deadlines are metCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support diverse creative initiatives with an open mind to big ideasProactively contribute fresh ideas, references, and design thinking to elevate the Blue Jays brandMonitor industry, competitor, and cultural trends to inspire innovative creative solutionsWork with the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to align projects with timelines and objectives
Qualifications:Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience3 - 5 years of professional design experienceExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strong understanding of digital and social media formats, resolutions, and best practicesExperience designing for web and mobile marketing campaignsExperience with data-driven design (e.g. A/B testing)Knowledge of the game of baseball and passion for the Blue Jays brand; experience designing for sports an assetExperience with brand storytelling and campaign developmentComfortable working under pressure and thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentOpen to regular creative feedback and committed to continuous learningExcellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work independently and in a team environment
Portfolio:Candidates should provide a link to their portfolio website showcasing their graphic design work and capabilities
Applicants must be willing and able to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends and holidays as required.
Salary: The anticipated base compensation range for this role is $65,000 – $75,000. Actual base pay offered within this range may differ based on a range of factors, including individual experience, education, skills, and organizational needs.
