ManagerVery much seeking an ERP Manager The role is 50% functional and 50% technicalJob description:Lead and manage a team responsible for ERP and HR systems support, enhancements, and integrationsOwn end-to-end application service delivery using ITIL practices (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Level Management)Ensure compliance with SOX, ITGCs, and audit requirements, including access controls, change management, and evidence readinessOversee system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal business disruptionManage vendor relationships and third-party service providers, including performance and deliverablesDefine and maintain standards for system documentation, testing, configuration, and operational proceduresPartner with Finance, HR, Security, and Audit teams to align systems with regulatory, operational, and business requirementsSupport audit activities by providing system documentation, walkthroughs, and remediation plansContribute to application roadmaps, continuous improvement initiatives, and technology modernization effortsDesired skills & experience:Proven experience managing or leading enterprise ERP and HR systems in a regulated or SOX-compliant environmentStrong knowledge of ERP platforms such as Sage X3, SAP, Oracle Financials, or Microsoft DynamicsExperience with HR and workforce systems such as SuccessFactors, Dayforce, and ConcurWorking knowledge of SOX controls, IT General Controls (ITGCs), and audit processesPractical experience applying ITIL service management frameworksDemonstrated people leadership and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical, documentation, and governance capabilities"Nice to have" experience:ITIL Foundation certification or higherExperience managing system integrations and third-party vendorsExposure to security, risk, or compliance functionsExperience in publicly traded or highly regulated organizationsBase salary: $135,000 - $145,000+BonusIf you're interested, please apply with your resumeIf you are a strong fit, I will be in contact quickly with additional information and next stepsI hope to hear from you soon.Best regards,
