Salary offered:
– Base salary: $6,350 – $6,700 per month (based on experience)
– Performance-based bonuses available
Work schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Remote Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations in a fully remote, full-time position. Job Description
In this role, you will provide administrative and coordination support across various departments. You will assist with scheduling, documentation, communication, and general office processes while working closely with team members to maintain organization and workflow efficiency.
This is a non-sales position focused on internal support and administrative excellence. You will be expected to work independently, while staying connected with the team through regular communication and reporting using remote collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to internal teams
Manage calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination
Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
Assist with data entry, reporting, and document preparation
Coordinate internal communications and follow-ups
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
Respond to emails and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Support onboarding processes and administrative setup
Identify opportunities to improve workflow and organization
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications & Skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
Professional and reliable work ethic
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Comfortable using digital collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams)
Previous experience in administrative support, office coordination, or similar roles is preferred

Work Environment
