Contact Centre Associate (Temporary, Full-time)
Location: Remote Position; The successful candidate must reside within 3 hours of our Regional Office in Peterborough, ON.
Duration: Approximately 6 months
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday
Rate of Pay: $872.10 - $1,179.90 per week (plus applicable benefits)
Compensation:
Compensation for this position is determined by skills, experience, and education. It is aligned with the locations market data, as well as internal equity. Candidates whose qualifications more closely align with the job requirements may be placed higher within the compensation range. Position Description:
As a Contact Centre Associate, you will:
Contribute to the success of the Credit Union by providing member service excellence;
Assist members and non-members with inquiries, requests and/or problems ensuring each inquiry or problem receives 100% resolution;
Assist members with routine to complex transactions through a variety of electronic and digital channels and;
Recommend products and services that align with a member's needs and that will enhance their financial well-being.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; post-secondary education with emphasis in business would be an asset
One year in a Branch Ambassador role, or equivalent experience
Prior loan and investment administration experience would be an asset
Excellent customer service, problem solving, and organization skills
