Dumouchel Meat & Deli is a family-owned butcher shop focused on quality, service, and doing things the right way. We specialize in grass-fed beef, house-made products, and offering customers a level of care they won’t find in big box stores. We take pride in what we do—and we’re looking for someone who does the same.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable butcher to join our team. This is not an entry-level role. You must have hands-on experience, be comfortable working independently, and take pride in your work.

Responsibilities:

* Cutting and preparing beef, pork, lamb, and poultry to high standards

* Producing sausages and other house-made products

* Assisting customers with product selection and custom orders

* Maintaining clean and organized workstations

* Ensuring proper food safety and handling procedures are followed

* Supporting day-to-day operations of the shop

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of butchery experience

* Strong knowledge of meat cuts and breakdowns

* Experience with sausage making

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

* Reliable, punctual, and professional

* Strong customer service skills
