Client Care Specialist

inTUNE Events provide inclusive DJ/Emcee/Planning Services, based in Hamilton and Niagara, and service Southwestern Ontario and beyond. We help couples realize their dream weddings, providing a safe space for their visions to come true through creative and transparent service, fostering timeless memories.

*Summary*

This position is for a delightful human who has very strong moral values and leads with integrity. You’re likely a part-time Wedding Planner, Virtual Assistant, or connected to the wedding industry in some capacity, as it's all about the details with us. There are two elements to this role:

1) The most important part of this role, especially throughout our peak wedding

season (May to October), will be to conduct our client planning meetings, as

well as organize our DJ packages to get our DJs/MCs prepared in advance of

their wedding assignments.

2) There is also a software element to this role where blogging, using social media,

website editing and more will be required. Having software experience is super

helpful. We use software such as 17hats, Squarespace, Excel, all the common

social media applications like YouTube, Pinterest. Some additional details are

* Provide exceptional client care to our clients' wedding details promptly and professionally.

* Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.

* Maintain detailed records of client interactions and preferences.

* Support the planning process by offering creative solutions aligned with clients' visions.

* Ensure client satisfaction through attentive follow-up and personalized support.

* Contribute to a positive team environment that reflects the company's values of love and transparency.

*Qualifications*

* Excellent communication skills in English.

* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

* Empathy and patience when dealing with clients.

* Previous experience in client care and/or wedding planning is preferred.

* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and other wedding vendors.

* Creative problem-solving skills.

* Knowledge of wedding industry trends is a plus.

* Working under pressure and staying calm is an essential asset.
