Guildwood Village Animal Clinic seeks a motivated, compassionate *Receptionist* to join our team. If you enjoy working with animals and people in a fast-paced setting, this role offers the chance to make an impact every day.

*What You’ll Be Doing:*

* Greeting clients and patients

* Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries

* Managing patient records and updating files

* Processing payments and invoices

* Keeping the reception area clean and organized

* Opening and closing duties

* Assisting veterinarians and technicians during exams and treatments

* Safely handling and restraining dogs and cats

* Cleaning and preparing exam rooms and equipment

* Feeding and caring for hospitalized patients

*What We’re Looking For:*

* Experience in a veterinary clinic is an asset (but willing to train the right person)

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Comfortable handling dogs and cats

* Ability to multitask in a busy environment

* Positive attitude and team player

* Reliable, punctual, and professional

* Must be available to work varying day shifts, and Saturday’s
