Juicer/Prep/Support for FOH

*Overview*

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Juicer to join our team. This role involves preparing fresh juice and beverages in a fast-paced food service environment, ensuring high-quality product presentation and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in food handling and customer interaction, with a strong focus on food safety and efficiency. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in food preparation, cash handling, and POS systems within a dynamic team setting.

*Responsibilities*

* Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages according to company standards and recipes

* Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling

* Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are maintained during food preparation and service

* Manage customer orders efficiently, providing friendly and professional service

* Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change

* Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas throughout shifts

* Assist with food prep tasks such as ingredient measurement, portioning, and packaging

* Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods

* Support team members with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations

*Skills*

* Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS preferred

* Background in the food industry or food service environment is highly desirable

* Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently

* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor

* Barista experience or serving background is a plus

* Ability to perform food preparation and handle food safely according to health standards

* Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and measuring ingredients

* Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper hygiene practices

* Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and serve customers promptly
