Dishwasher (Weekend Part Time Position)

*Responsibilities*

* Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and readiness for service

* Support food preparation tasks such as ingredient prep and assembly under supervision

* Assist with bussing tables and clearing plates during busy service periods to maintain a clean dining environment

* Help with general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal to uphold health and safety standards

* Collaborate with kitchen staff to facilitate smooth food handling and service operations during shifts

* Follow all food safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures at all times

* Contribute to maintaining an organized kitchen by restocking supplies and ensuring equipment is in good working order

*Qualifications*

* Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!

* Familiarity with basic food handling, cleaning procedures, and kitchen safety standards

* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency
