Server/Bartender

```Duties```

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Take customer orders and accurately input them into the POS system

- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise

- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales

- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner

- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up before seating guests

- Assist with cleaning duties such as wiping down tables, chairs, and menus

- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

```Qualifications```

- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and bill calculations

- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation regulations is a plus
