*JOB DUTIES:*
● Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate all accommodation operations with full responsibility for front desk, housekeeping, and guest services to ensure consistent service delivery and operational stability.
● Lead the day-to-day execution of hotel operations, making independent decisions related to staffing, service delivery, and operational priorities, particularly during high-occupancy periods and peak travel seasons.
● Develop and implement operational procedures and service standards that align with brand expectations while adapting to the specific demands.
● Manage and oversee all departmental staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management, ensuring the presence of experienced leadership to maintain service continuity in a competitive and labour-constrained market.
● Establish, monitor, and control departmental budgets, labour allocation, and operating costs, requiring strong financial oversight to balance profitability with service expectations.
● Analyze occupancy trends, booking patterns, and revenue performance, and implement strategies to maximize room utilization and operational efficiency throughout varying demand cycles.
● Oversee and resolve complex guest service issues, ensuring professional handling of escalated concerns and maintaining the property’s service standards and reputation.
● Direct housekeeping and room readiness operations, ensuring timely turnover and adherence to cleanliness standards in an environment where consistent staffing availability is critical.
● Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and operational regulations, while continuously improving service delivery through performance analysis and guest feedback.
*Prerequisites:*
*Education:* Diploma in hospitality management
*Experience* *& Skills:* 5 years or more experience in hospitality industry
*Language:* English.
*Hourly Rate:* $40.59 for 30 to 40 hours per week
*Starting Date:* As soon as possible
*Terms of Employment:* Fulltime and permanent
*Benefits:* 4 % Vacation Pay
