* Process transactions accurately, ensuring efficient cashiering and cash handling.

* Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that products are well-stocked and displayed.

* Upsell additional products or services based on customer needs, enhancing their shopping experience.

* Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

* Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone.

*Skills*

* Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, but not required.

* Proven experience in retail sales with a focus on sales and footwear sales preferred.

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.

* Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.

* Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.

* Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy retail setting.
