Barista

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following company recipes

- Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment

- Assist customers in selecting beverages and pastries

- Handle cash and operate the POS system accurately

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace

- Uphold food safety standards and ensure quality control

- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

- Must have a car

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the food industry or customer service preferred

- Knowledge of food handling, cash handling, and food safety practices

- Proficiency in using POS systems for cashiering duties

- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers effectively
