*Responsibilities*
* Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to ensure a positive shopping experience
* Demonstrate product features and conduct product demos to educate and excite customers about our offerings
* Assist customers with selecting products, upselling relevant items to enhance their purchase
* Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems for accurate cash handling, transactions, and receipts
* Create compelling content for social media platforms, including photos, videos, and written posts that showcase products and store events
* Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked and organized according to company standards
* Support inventory management through stocking, merchandising, and stock replenishment activities
* Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-up calls from customers or vendors
*Requirements*
* Previous retail sales experience with familiarity in POS systems and cash handling procedures
* Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings
* Ability to conduct engaging product demos confidently and clearly explain features to diverse audiences
* Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a broader customer base effectively
* Strong communication skills with an emphasis on friendly phone etiquette and customer interaction
* Knowledge of merchandising techniques, stock management, and retail math for accurate inventory control
* Experience in grocery store or retail environments is advantageous but not mandatory
* Basic math skills necessary for transactions, sales calculations, and inventory counts
