We’re currently hiring *Line Cooks* to join our kitchen teams at:

*What You’ll Do*

You play a key role in delivering our guest experience—every plate matters.

*Execution & Quality*

* Prepare and execute menu items to spec with consistency and care

* Maintain high standards in *presentation, portioning, and taste*

* Handle guest allergies and special requests with precision

*Readiness & Organization*

* Set up and stock your station for service success

* Maintain a clean, organized, and *inspection-ready workspace*

* Follow prep lists, systems, and recipes with discipline

*Team & Communication*

* Work in sync with the kitchen and front-of-house teams

* Communicate clearly during service

* Support teammates during high-volume periods

*Standards & Integrity*

* Follow all *food safety and sanitation standards*

* Label, date, and store all products properly

* Take ownership of every dish leaving your station

*Requirements*

* 1+ year minimum experience in a *sit-down, casual dining kitchen*

* Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)

* Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

* Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
