*Responsibilities*

* Wash, sanitize, and dry dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently

* Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and storage areas

* Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed

* Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation standards

* Support the kitchen team during busy service periods by managing dishware turnover quickly

* Follow proper waste disposal procedures and maintain a clean work environment

* Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to prevent accidents or contamination

* Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail

* Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
