*Job Summary*
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our car dealership Ranjha Motors. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing excellent client service, and supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in car dealership settings, familiarity with the processes, and strong communication skills. This position offers an opportunity to work in a friendly environment dedicated to client care and administrative excellence.
*Duties*
* Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming environment
* Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
* Verify patient information and update records accurately in electronic medical records systems
* Assist with check-in and check-out procedures for clients
* Maintain organized filing systems for patient documents and office records
* Handle correspondence, including emails and mail distribution
* Support billing and insurance processing as needed
* Ensure the reception area remains clean, professional, and well-stocked
* Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate smooth clinic operations
*Qualifications*
* Prior experience in a Car Dealership is preferred
* Knowledge of car sales is highly desirable
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Office experience demonstrating proficiency with standard office equipment and software
* Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Professional appearance and demeanor
