We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in delivering exceptional food service experiences. As a vital part of our restaurant, you will be responsible for providing friendly customer interactions, preparing food items, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. *Responsibilities*

* Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards

* Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling

* Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction

* Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems

* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards

* Assist with upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales

* Manage time effectively to ensure timely order fulfillment during busy periods

* Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality of all products

* Support team members in various tasks as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations

*Experience*

* Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided

* Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety protocols is advantageous

* Experience with cashiering or POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus

* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests

* Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately

* Knowledge of sanitation practices and kitchen safety standards is beneficial

* Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting and prioritize tasks accordingly
