Lot Attendant

*Overview*

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Lot Attendant to join our mechanic/dealership team. This role is essential in maintaining the appearance and organization of our lot, assisting customers, and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous dealership or guest service experience is a plus, along with bilingual abilities and familiarity with hospitality or customer service roles.

*Responsibilities*

* Greet customers warmly and assist with vehicle inquiries or directions

* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, including parking areas and display spaces

* Assist with vehicle movement, including parking, retrieving, and staging vehicles for customers or service appointments

* Support guest services by providing information and ensuring a positive experience for visitors

* Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, such as processing payments or deposits

* Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle arrivals and departures

* Perform routine inspections of vehicles on the lot to ensure they are presentable and properly maintained

* Support other dealership operations as needed to ensure smooth daily functioning

*Requirements*

* Previous dealership experience or guest services background is preferred

* Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members

* Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively

* Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is a plus

* Basic cash handling skills with attention to accuracy

* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

* Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift moderate loads when necessary

* A friendly attitude, good organizational skills, and reliability are essential for success in this role

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
