*Responsibilities*

* Complete City Ledger Invoicing, Postings, and reconciliation.

* Utilize computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel.) to prepare reports and correspondence.

* Support bookkeeping tasks using Excel to assist with invoicing and expense tracking.

* Maintain breakfast supply inventory, and ensure the office environment is tidy and functional.

* Provide clerical support such as photocopying, scanning, and printing.

* Contribute to overall office management by implementing organizational systems that enhance efficiency and workflow.

*Skills*

* Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and basic computer literacy.

* Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

* Attention to detail for proofreading documents and data entry accuracy.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week

Work Location: In person
