Animal Care Expert / Sales Associate

*Summary*

As a Sales Associate at Pet Valu, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service while assisting customers in selecting the best products for their pets. This position is essential to our mission of fostering trust and loyalty among pet owners in our community.

*What you do:*

* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing superior sales service

* Establish trust relationships with customers

* Assess customers' needs and provide information and assistance on products and features

* Meeting and spoiling all of the adorable pets who shop in the store

* Assisting your coworkers in inventory stocking and merchandising

* Sweeping, dusting and other general store maintenance functions

* Unloading delivery vehicles of cases and bags of pet food and supplies and putting these into stock (items up to 50 lbs.)

* Other duties and tasks as required

* One year excellence in retail, vet tech, and/or customer service

Pay: $17.95-$18.95 per hour
