*Job Overview*

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Retail Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for customers. This role combines front desk responsibilities, administrative support, and active involvement in social media and online presence.

*Responsibilities*

* Answer and direct phone calls

* Schedule appointments and manage calendars

* Handle filing, data entry, and general admin tasks

* Assist customers in-store with basic inquiries

* Manage and support social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

* Create and post content (photos, videos, stories, reels)

* Respond to messages, comments, and online inquiries

* Help plan and execute promotions, product highlights, and seasonal campaigns

* Capture in-store and project content for marketing use

* Maintain office organization and procedures

*Qualifications*

* Strong organization and multitasking skills

* Proficient in Google Suite and office software

* Comfortable with social media platforms and content creation

* Basic photo/video editing skills (preferred)

* Good communication (verbal and written)

* Professional phone and customer service skills

* Ability to handle confidential information

* Accurate and efficient typing

Competitive pay based on experience, with room for growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.29-$21.24 per hour
