*Position Overview*

Lakeland Airways and Three Buoys Houseboats are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Houseboat Cleaners to join our seasonal team. This position is ideal for students or individuals seeking part-time summer work in a unique outdoor setting. Cleaners play an important role in ensuring our houseboats are spotless, organized, and ready to provide guests with a great experience.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Clean and sanitize houseboats between guest stays

* Ensure all living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and decks are tidy and well-maintained

* Restock and organize cleaning supplies and onboard materials

* Follow detailed cleaning checklists for guest onboarding and offboarding

* Report any damages, maintenance issues, or missing items

* Assist with general organization of cleaning equipment and storage areas

* Work efficiently to meet turnaround times during busy changeover days

*Qualifications*

* Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Good time management and reliability

* Physically able to perform cleaning tasks (lifting, bending, standing)

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn

* Previous cleaning or hospitality experience is an asset, but not required

*Working Conditions*

* Part-time hours, with flexibility required (including weekends)

* Fast-paced environment, especially on guest changeover days

* Outdoor waterfront setting in Northern Ontario
