* Greet customers and guide them through wireless solutions that fit their lifestyle

* Sell Rogers, Fido, and Chatr plans, unlocked phones, and accessories

* Provide friendly, helpful support, resolve customer issues and escalations

* Stay informed about the latest devices, promotions, and tech trends

* Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals

* Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and inventory

* Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
