We are looking for a sharp, organized, and reliable Office Administrator to join our team. You will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring our drivers stay on the move, our customers stay happy, and our paperwork stays compliant. *Key Responsibilities*

* Dispatch & Driver Support: Communicate with drivers to provide load details, track progress, and assist with route troubleshooting

* ​Documentation: Manage Bills of Lading (BOLs), rate confirmations, and proof of delivery (POD) documents

* ​Billing & Invoicing: Process invoices, manage accounts receivable/payable

* Data Entry: Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and other Transportation Management Software

* Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and coordinating appointments or services

* Ensure the organization of documents and files for easy retrieval and compliance purposes

*Qualifications & Skills*

* Experience in trucking or logistics industry preferred but not required

* Strong verbal and written skills in english language

* The ability to think and work quickly

* Excellent organizational skills with high attention to details (Missing small details on paperwork can be a big headache)

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Strong computer skills with the ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently

* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.60-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
