Game Master / Host

Job description:

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Greet and assist customers with check-in and preparation for their escape room experience.

* Provide clear instructions on game rules, safety guidelines, and story backgrounds to players.

* Monitor games to ensure smooth operation and provide hints when requested.

* Reset rooms to their original state promptly and accurately after each session.

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including game rooms and common areas.

* Handle inquiries, and customer concerns in a professional manner, both in-person and via phone or email.

* Support promotional events and other activities as needed.

*Requirements:*

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.

* A passion for creating fun and memorable experiences for customers.

* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

* Team player with a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
