*What You’ll Do*

As a Salad Maker/Prep Team Member, you are responsible for delivering *outstanding service* while preparing high-quality meals. You’ll be the face of The Green Window—friendly, efficient, and always ready to help.

*Responsibilities:*

* Greet every customer with warmth, energy, and professionalism

* Guide guests through the menu and make helpful suggestions

* Prepare salads and bowls quickly and accurately, following recipes and presentation standards

* Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked prep line

* Keep all work areas sanitized and follow food safety protocols

* Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift

* Communicate clearly and positively with team members

* Handle customer questions or concerns with care and attention

*What We’re Looking For*

* Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service (preferred)

* Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail

* A positive attitude and team-first mindset

* Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy shifts

* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and rotating shifts

* Valid Food Handler Certificate (or willing to obtain)

* Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
