Cake Decorator and Server

*Responsibilities*

* Decorate cakes according to customer specifications and company standards

* Prepare and assemble cake components, including frosting, fillings, and toppings

* Ensure all cakes are decorated attractively, creatively, and hygienically before display or delivery

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the decorating area and tools

* Assist with food preparation, baking, and packaging as needed

* Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times

* Interact professionally with customers to understand their decorating requests and provide excellent customer service

* Manage multiple decorating orders efficiently while adhering to deadlines

*Requirements*

* Proven experience in cake decorating, with a strong portfolio of decorated cakes preferred

* Background in Cakery service environment is a plus

* Knowledge of cake and kitchen safety standards

* Skills in food handling, packaging, and maintaining hygiene standards in a commercial kitchen setting

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

* Familiarity with food industry regulations and safety protocols

* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with precision

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 44 per week
