We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial and institutional spaces. Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. *Responsibilities*

* Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces

* Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to ensure high standards of cleanliness

* Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines at all times

* Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed

* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly

* Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while working independently or as part of a team

* Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks

*Requirements*

* Minimum 3 years of commercial cleaning experience is required; training will be provided for the right candidate

* Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and reaching high surfaces

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

* Reliable work ethic with the ability to follow instructions and work independently

* Good communication skills and a positive attitude

* Ability to work flexible hours if needed, including early mornings or evenings depending on scheduling needs
