*Job Summary*

We are seeking a reliable and professional Customer Support Representative to join our Customer Care Team. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for incoming inquiries while providing day-to-day administrative and operational support to the office and management team.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates clearly, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position involves handling phone calls and emails, assisting with customer requests, and supporting internal team members with daily tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Respond to incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner

* Assist customers with general inquiries, service requests, and follow-ups

* Support managers and internal teams with administrative and operational tasks

* Coordinate and relay information between customers, technicians, and office staff

* Maintain accurate records of communications and service requests

* Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while ensuring attention to detail

* Provide a high level of customer service and maintain a positive client experience

*Qualifications*

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Excellent organizational and time management abilities

* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems

* Customer service experience is an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
