*Position Summary*

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for optimizing EEKO’s warehouse operations, including B2B and B2C order fulfillment, inventory management, and overall workflow efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring active participation in daily warehouse activities while supervising and guiding the team.

You will oversee the full operational flow, including receiving, staging, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. Success in this role requires balancing operational efficiency with high levels of customer service, while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

*Key Responsibilities*

*Warehouse Operations*

* Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control

* Ensure all orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule

* Maintain proper documentation and system updates across all warehouse activities

* Actively participate in warehouse tasks including order picking, staging, cycle counts, and equipment operation

*Delivery & Scheduling*

* Develop and manage staff schedules to meet operational demands

* Collaborate with senior leadership to improve workflow efficiency and resource allocation

* Create daily workflow and assign tasks on different priority levels to ensure orders are shipped on a timely manner.

*Process Optimization*

* Analyze and improve warehouse and staging processes to increase productivity and reduce errors

* Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance

*Team Leadership*

* Recruit, train, coach, and supervise warehouse associates

* Provide ongoing feedback, performance evaluations, and development support

* Conduct regular team check-ins to ensure productivity and accuracy targets are met

* Address performance issues and resolve operational challenges proactively

* Investigate and resolve order or delivery discrepancies

*Inventory Management*

* Conduct regular cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy

* Track product details including lot numbers and expiry dates where applicable

* Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock issues as needed

*Equipment & Maintenance*

* Ensure proper use and maintenance of forklifts and material handling equipment

* Coordinate preventative maintenance to minimize downtime

*Compliance & Safety*

* Enforce health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with Canadian regulations

* Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment

* Identify risks and implement corrective actions to ensure workplace safety

*Customer Service*

* Maintain a strong relationship with customers and actively help customers with their requests and supply chain challenges.

*Skills & Qualifications*

* Valid forklift operator certification

* Minimum 2 years of warehouse supervisory experience

* Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and staging processes

* Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or similar tools

* Proven leadership and team development skills

* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
