Sales Clerk

MYC Media designs, manufactures, and installs *custom signage, fleet graphics, and branded environments* for businesses across Ontario.

We are looking for a *Sales Clerk* to support our sales and account management team. This role focuses on *processing inquiries, and assisting with customer requests* to help ensure projects move forward efficiently.

This is a *support role within the sales department*, ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both customers and internal teams.

What You Will Do

* Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic information about products and services

* Assist with preparing quotes and proposals

* Enter and update customer information in the system

* Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams

* Track project details and follow up on outstanding requests

* Assist the sales team with administrative tasks related to customer accounts

Accuracy, organization, and responsiveness are critical in this role.

What We Are Looking For

* Professional interaction with clients and coworkers

* Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM or order systems)

Experience in *signage, printing, construction, or project-based businesses* is an advantage but not required.
