*Job Summary*

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee and coordinate security operations across construction sites, residential properties, mobile patrol services, and special event deployments. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience managing diverse security teams and environments, with the ability to adapt quickly to operational demands and site‑specific requirements. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for supervising guards in the field, ensuring compliance with company policies, client expectations, and applicable safety regulations, and proactively identifying and mitigating security risks. The position combines hands‑on field supervision with other monitoring responsibilities, ensuring that all security personnel, systems, and technologies operate efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with operational standards.

*Duties*

* Supervise and support a team of security guards across assigned sites

* Ensure all site procedures, post orders, and safety protocols are followed

* Conduct regular patrols, inspections, and performance checks

* Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and remote surveillance platforms

* Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies in a timely manner

* Assist with monitoring station operations, including live camera monitoring and dispatch coordination

* Maintain accurate daily reports, incident reports, and activity logs

* Train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel

* Coordinate with clients, site management, and internal teams

* Investigate incidents and ensure proper escalation procedures are followed

* Ensure compliance with company policies and Ontario regulations

*Qualifications*

* Valid Ontario Security Guard License

* Minimum 2–3 years of security experience (supervisory experience preferred)

* Experience with CCTV systems and monitoring platforms

* Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

* Ability to multitask between field supervision and monitoring responsibilities

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced monitoring/dispatch environment

* Proficient in basic computer use (report writing, emails, monitoring software)

* First Aid & CPR certification (preferred or required)

* Reliable transportation (if travel between sites is required)

* High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail

*Additional Requirements:*

* Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

* Clean criminal background check required

* Flexibility to cover monitoring station shifts when needed

* Full G or G2 license required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
