Inventory Coordinator part time

Textile City is expanding and we’re looking for an Inventory Coordinator part time

Responsibilities:

* Assists in the preparation of inventory reports;

* Prepares daily shipments;

* Receives, unpacks and logs all returned equipment;

* Assists in the processing of all received Service Centre equipment;

* Process all Client End of Program (EOP) files for onsite archival and destruction, as required and requested;

* Prepare tracking and inventory spreadsheets as necessary;

* Other duties as required.

Winning Profile:

* Strong Inter-Personal Skills to manage both customers and employees;

* Must be fluent in English.

* Strong Inter-Personal Skills to manage both customers and employees;

* Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a clean Criminal Records Search;

* Familiar with commonly used software including Microsoft Excel, Word, Email, Internet Browsers;

* A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
