*Job Overview*

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Team Member to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional food service. This role involves engaging with customers, preparing and serving food, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Prior restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

This position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in food preparation, cashiering, sanitation, and overall restaurant operations while contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

*Responsibilities*

* Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and quality standards

* Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling

* Manage customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and upselling menu items

* Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns

* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards

* Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to promote safety and hygiene

* Assist with food industry best practices such as sanitation, portion control, and inventory management

* Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks effectively with strong time management skills

* Uphold restaurant policies related to food safety, sanitation, and customer service standards

* Assist with unloading delivery trucks and organizing inventory as required

* Perform general cleaning duties as required to maintain a clean and safe environment

*Qualifications*

* Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided

* Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is an asset

* Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude

* Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy

* Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

* Understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation procedures

* Kitchen or food industry experience is an advantage but not required

* Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset

* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation and service

* Must be available to work between *8:00 AM and 8:00 PM* as per store requirements
