We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team! *Duties*
* Prepare and cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
* Assist in menu planning by providing input on recipes and ingredient selections
* Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including knives and cooking utensils
* Support food service operations by plating dishes efficiently and accurately
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation during busy hours
* Contribute to catering events and special functions as needed, ensuring excellent presentation and service
*Skills*
* Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food industry setting
* Strong knife skills with the ability to efficiently prepare ingredients for various dishes
* Knowledge of dietary department standards and dietary aide experience is a plus
* Ability to plan menus and execute meal preparation with attention to detail
* Excellent understanding of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
* Experience in catering, serving, or supporting dietary services enhances your suitability for this role
* Effective communication skills to work seamlessly with kitchen staff and front-of-house team
