Window Cleaner

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our facilities maintenance team. This role involves cleaning and maintaining the appearance of windows across commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in custodial work, possess strong communication skills, and be committed to delivering exceptional customer service. *Responsibilities*

* Clean windows on both interior and exterior surfaces using appropriate tools and techniques

* Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized cleaning equipment to achieve streak-free results

* Perform facilities maintenance tasks related to window cleaning, including minor repairs if needed

* Ensure safety protocols are followed during all cleaning activities, including heavy lifting and working at heights when necessary

* Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of cleaning supplies and tools

* Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and address any concerns

* Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes

* Assist with other custodial or commercial cleaning duties as required

*Skills*

* Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment for commercial cleaning tasks

* Experience in facilities maintenance or custodial services is preferred

* Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and safety procedures

* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members

* Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

* Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during supply restocking or equipment setup

* Good communication skills for reporting issues or completing documentation accurately

* Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$30.00 per hour
